I first started using Swiss Bionic Solutions PEMF system to prepare for my major abdominal surgery two years ago. Understanding that the immune system function is absolutely critical for recovery from all types of injury, including surgery, I added this tool to my postop surgical recovery process. For me, the initial focus goal was a combination of improving deep sleep, energetic alignment, bowel health and immune system function, optimization. Now that I'm well recovered from the abdominal surgery, I use it about three times a week for supporting regular brain health, sleep prep and overall well-being.
